How I publish an form document, with an preset time restriction?

I work for a University, and Faculty member, ask me about digitize some tests, to this I need prevent the copyright, include some form spaces, but I need to know if with Acrobat, can preset a lapse of time that the studen can acces the file, after that they can't make any change or access it.
