My coworker has no such limitation on the same files. The PDFs were made with InDesign CC 2015. I can make PDFs, but I have the same problem when I open them in Acrobat. I need to add and remove pages in documents. This is a new installation.
I have deadlines next week and this pushes everything off to my very busy coworker.
