I can't sign a form.

Hi,

I am trying to sign a document with my electronic signature. When I click on the icon, new window pops up and says ''email address is in a wrong format''. I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC-Czech (15.008.20082) and Intenet Explorer 11. I have checked with an issuer of the electronic signature, it is correctly installed. He suggested to contact Adobe support for help. Could anybody help?
