Trying to create digital ID - get "file or folder does not exist" when click Finish

Hello,

I need to create a digital ID to sign a document, but have not been able to do so as per the issue mentioned above. I have tried changing the location/file name (but full disclosure, I have no idea what I am doing). I am using a Mac. Help??
