I'm using Acrobat X Pro. The form is great and seems to work perfectly. However I've run into a snafu while trying to create my own digital signature. Using these instructions--http://help.adobe.com/en_US/acrobat/pro/using/WS11dd809af63f0e1e-43e0464b12b4384d3b6-8000. html--to create a new PKCS#12 digital ID file.
(My coworker was able to do it w/o a problem.)
I put in all of the info and then get to the point where it asks for location to save the file and to create a password. Once I create a password and choose Next, I get a box that says my passwords don't match!
This made me think that the system must be trying to match this password with one from a previously created ID but when I went back to manage my digital IDs, none appear in the list.
This should be the easiest thing in the world to do.
Suggestions?
