We have documents that many staff members use and they are already made into interactive fillable documents. We want to make sure that the staff who uses them cannot override the office copy and save a copy of their material on the office copy. Otherwise we would have so many copies on the server we wouldn't find the originals. I want to make the forms fillable so all can use them and print them out when needed, but I also want to make sure they cannot save those fillable forms (unless they save as, to a different name).
Is there a way this can be done? I have windows and Adobe Pro software. Thank you for any help possible!
