Acrobat X: Digital signature appearance does not save

Hello!

I'm trying to change and maintain the appearance of the digital signature in Acrobat X (10.1.16). But when I restart the PC, the look was created is erased and then again need to create a new signature appearance. With Adobe Reader DC, appearance is maintained to restart the PC. Has anyone had this problem with Acrobat X?
