Our firm has approximately 40 signature images (jpegs) in a secure folder on our network. One user has an issue where, when using Change Signature only sees a few of the signatures when browsing to the folder. Using Windows File explorer, she can see all signatures. The computer is a Windows 10 machine (new) and has Acrobat XI Standard 11.0.14 (as does everyone else in the firm).
I ran a repair on Acrobat and it worked correctly (all signature images visible & available). The next day, the problem returned (computer was shut down the night before) and a repair fixed it again. Obviously this is not very efficient.
Has anyone seen this before or have an idea how to rectify it?
