I regularly have to circulate a signature document on a local network to multiple department heads. I do this by emailing them a link to the single document on the network.
Often, someone will leave the pdf open on their computer which prevents others from signing. They can sign, but after they must save the file by overwriting the orignial, which they cannot do if another person left the file open on their computer.
This so frustrating and I have to believe there is a way of dealing with this. Please help
