I have created a multi signature PDF to track and record construction work, the form is stored in Microsoft Office 365 as it needs to be available to colleagues and contractors to carry out inductions and sign off completed work. The current form works really well and can be accessed online using a Windows tablet / 365 log in. It also exports data to a Microsoft Sharepoint and can trigger SMS messages to customers etc. All in all a very useful document with one problem.
As the document captures different elements of work we need the facility to also capture several signatures during the work. These aren't full digital signatures, just finger squiggles on a line in the form. Using Fill & Sign enables our residents and contractors to sign on a large white signature box, but the one huge drawback is that saving the form after the first signature locks the document.
I need to disable this feature so the document remains live to add additional information / signatures, or find another method of capturing a wet signature drawn on screen with a stylus / finger. For our purposes the document does not need to lock down, or potentially could be locked down at the end of the work to preserve the data.
