Automated limitation of PDF access

Dear all,

currently I'm searching for an easy solution for our users which would like to protect PDF from being modified automatically when the save them from Microsoft Word 2013 for example. The only way I found was to open the PDF in Acrobat Professional and set the security settings manually - which causes a high effort in total.

Does anyone of you know an easier, some kind of automated, solution for this problem? I'm thinking of setting these security settings by default or just drag & drop the PDF to some kind of tool, which does this job in seconds.
