I cannot signPDFdocumentswith an externaltoken(smart card) through a card readerof aCherry keyboard.
Thecard driversperfectlydetectthe card andcertificatesin it, however when trying tosigna certificateinAdobeandselect the locationof the certificateclick inthe option "A device attachedto this computer"...I get an errorindicating thatno device isconnected to the computerappears.
I havetried severaldifferentcardreaders, it seems a problem ofdrivesbecause themiddlewarecardrecognizesall testedcertificatesreaders,however it seems thatAdobeisnot able to findthe card reader. It has happenedwith several teams. In oneteammadea cloneanddeploy it toanother machinewiththe samehardware environment, the firm runproperly inthepdfthat clone, however on the original computeris not working.
