I am unable to send a PDF for signature because it tells me to upgrade. I click on the upgrade button but nothing happens. Is this because I only have the trial version and need to purchase the license for this to be resolved?

PDF protection on mobile
Hi,
I want my pdf document not to be copied and edited. I took all necessary actions. I see that one can not copy the content on desktop view. Yet, I see the content can be copied on mobile view. I view it on my mobile and I see all texts can be copied.
How can I protect from copying on mobile devices as well?
Thanks in advance!

Signature field not visible in browser
Trying to create a fillable form which has a signature field that recepients must sign before submitting. However, for some recipients (who may not have Acrobat reader installed) , the PDF opens in their web browser by default. In the web browser, the signature field does not work. So my question is is there anything I can do to make it so the signature field is operational in any browser? or is their a way to make it so that it does not open in a browser, but promps them to download acrobat reader to open the form.

How do you make a password for your digital signature?
I got an update PDF that requires the same Password, but when I try to open it, it says that it has not digital ID. How do I link the new version to the old?

Send for Signature Error Message: Could not Send
When I am trying to send a document in the Send For Signatures options I am getting an error message saying "An error has occurred. Please try again." My account is current with the correct email address linked but nothing I am doing seems to fix the issue. Any tips as to how I can fix this so I can send forms to be signed?
Acrobat Reader DC: Signature undetected
I am reporting a problem in detecting the signature in a document that contains a form.
The document is signed whit my certificate and the signature is detected and verified by Arubasign and by **** but not by Acrobat Reader DC.
I need support for this issue.
I did try to sign the empty document, the document with the form fulfilled, the document with the form partially filled but the result was the same: Acrobat Reader reports no signature vs ArubaSign and **** reporting a valid signature.
Of course the document is signed in PADES standard.

Unable to encrypt with password - error CSecPolicyMenu-491
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version: 2018.009.20050
Computer OS version: Windows 8
Other computer specs: Intel Core i7, 3.10Ghz, 16GB (plenty of space left), 64-Bit
Before anyone asks: this is NOT an issue happening on Adobe Reader.
While trying to encrypt a PDF file with a password (an act I have done one hundred times prior on this same computer) I get an error message (see attachment) OR the system says something along the lines of "this task cannot be completed right now, Acrobat DC needs to shut down."
The PDF I am trying to encrypt has files from several other computers in office that have Adobe Acrobat Pro XI and a Windows 10 OS (excluding one computer that has Adobe Acrobat Pro XI and Windows 8).
I am wondering if maybe PDF's from other computers are causing the issue? Am I missing a compatibility issue on my own system? Although this has literally never been a problem before. I don't recall any updates to Adobe or any OS since the last time this project of putting together pages needed to be completed.
This document has been signed and cannot be edited
Due to security vulnerabilities we've upgraded from Acrobat Standard Pro XI to Acrobat DC. Users are now unable to edit signed PDFs and they were able to previously. When they select edit pdf they get the error "this document has been signed and cannot be edited" If a PDF needs to be signed by one user then saved, then signed by another user and edited, what is the proper procedure?
Difference: "Signature has problems" and "Validity of certification is UNKNOWN"
Hi,
Could you please explain me what is the difference between these messages?:
The first message appears in a bank document. The second is a document generated for my own app with a openssl crt certificate (apache), so both can be validated with the "Trust settings".
My questions are, why are they different? because my cert is from a crt file?
Thanks in advance,
Cesar

Extract unlocks PDF - How can I secure without a password?
I lock the final PDF that I create using File>Save as Other>Reader Extended PDF>Enable more tools.
I thought this was a secure way to lock my forms from being edited. However, I just realized today that when a page is extracted it can then be edited. Words can be added, it even has all the fields with custom JavaScript that can now be edited.
I am very disappointed to find this. How can I lock a form without a password and have the file secure?
Thank you for any suggestions.
I use Adobe Acrobat 2017

Where is saved certificate-bases signature appearance?
I need to set certificate-bases sign appearance in few computers that will look the same and I want to make batch setting eg. by copying some config files or change the registry.
By manual it is set in menu Preferences > Signatures > Creation & Appearance (more) > Appearances.
(Sent/Pending Signature ect.)?
Is there a way to have the signed form emailed to a certain email once the signer1 has signed without that email receiving all of the other notification like (Sent/Pending Signature ect.)?

error 2148532263
I am using Acrobat DC, updated to latest release.
In Reader, I get the error above with "Access is denied to this file"
In Acrobat DC (Pro), the windows is grey out and application hangs.
The digital signature I am using is government issued non-exportable smart card based one. The reader used is Gemalto CT30.
Would that be a Gemalto related issue? Or Adobe related?
Note that I can' use the signature to protect an MS Word document without a problem.
