Multiple Signatures Without Using Cloud

Hi there, Where I work, we have Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, but we do not use the cloud. With contracts, we need multiple signatures. The first person signs, and then sends the document to the next person (via email or SharePoint), but we can't have it locked up for them to sign.

Is there a work around for this without using the cloud.
