How do I not use electronic signature and go back to "add Text" function for simple PDF signing?

Hi all,

I use to simply sign PDF with add text function.

Did the mistake of creating an electronic signature, nothing works anymore. I get the "atleast one signature..." message.

More importantly, I want to go back to the basic Fill & Sign / Add Text and can't do that anymore. Anyone has an idea?

Already tried without success:

- reinstall Acrobat Reader DC

- deleted preferences

- tried to delete electronic signature (never found a way to do this)
