What product do you use to sign with a "digital signature" that includes a time stamp and code. The signature does not look like a Form signature but rather text block with time stamp next to it.

I've seen signatures that just look like text with a time stamp and some kind of code next to them.

The signature just appears as text, not a hand drawn signature like you would see in a form.
