"Retrieving your information" bug, when trying to sign.

Hello.

I used to put facsimile in Acrobat pro, and it was perfect.

Click "fill&sign" then sign and pick up the image with signature and stamp.

Now, when i'm opening "fill&sign" on the panel on the right, the window freezes with "Retrieving your information" and nothing happens (screenshot is attached).

Then when i'm trying to sign and clicking "Sign", loading status (squares) also freezes without further changes.

Could you please support on this?

Thank you.

How can I remove the digital signature?

Hi, I had to set-up a digital signature to enable me to sign a form in PDF format. Now every PDF I email is digitally signed, even if it has not been created in Acrobat. This causes a problem for the recipient. I have tried to delete the certificate in Acrobat under preferences and also in keychain access on the Mac, but without success. The system I am using is Mac OS 10.11.4, Acrobat Pro DC.

using Fill and sign - when i try to sign the file loads forever.

Die Gültigkeit der Unterschrift sei unbekannt. Warum?

Turn off "Verifying all signatures" when digitally signing a pdf form?

Hey All!

I have a pdf form (created with Acrobat X) with muliple digital signatures fields. Any time you sign a field, Adobe verifies all other signed signatures fields within the document.

So the more signature fields allready been signed, the longer it takes to place a new digital signature due to the adobe verifying setting mentioned above.

I have allready turned off "Verify signatures when the document is opened" in the security preferences, but I couldn't find a place to turn it off when signing a document.

I am just thinking, whoever designed the Acrobat/Adobe program must have left an option to disable those security features...so I even looked in Adobe policy within windows

registry, but I couldn't find anything either.

It's very frustrating - at the end of the form it takes up to 20 minutes to place a signature.

Any ideas and thoughts are more the welcome!!

Thanks

Prevent copy and paste not working

I am unable to secure a pdf from being able to copy and paste. As in, you can make the selection in the security settings and save the document, and the settings are just totally ignored. This is in an enterprise environment using Adobe Acrobat Pro 11 and affects machines running Windows 7 and Windows 10. The kicker is, it works in our virtual environment running Windows 7. I have taken several documents that function as expected in the virtual environment and tried them on physical machines just to rule out an issue with the document itself. We are not running any type of group policy for Adobe Acrobat Pro 11. I verified this in both physical and virtual environments. I know I have missed something, somewhere. I have a feeling the problem lies with some sort of group policy setting but haven't a clue which one. Any suggestions?

I just got a new computer and installed my version of Adobe Pro (X)...I had no problems with the installation other than it said it couldn't register "at this time". I cannot create a digital signature on this computer? When I get to the end of the proc

What am I doing wrong?  I can't create a digital signature...I have tried to use my master password established on "My Adobe" and other options as well.  I get the same message every time.  Since there is only one password line I am confused as to what the message even means?

I am using Reader 9 on Ubuntu 16.6, working on a PDF from Youth in Action, which has a button to validate the organisation's registration number. Even though I have disabled Enhanced Security and added all possible websites from Youth in Action that it could be trying to access, the same error still appears:

"The Adobe Reader has the enhanced security feature enabled which prevens the PDF document from connecting to external services. To allow the connection choose the approprate option by click the options button in the yellow security warning bar. [NoAllowedError: Security setting sprevent access to this property or method.]"

Furthermore, I can not find a yellow security warning bar.

Unable to add multiple signatures to document - Adobe DC and XI

Hi, I have a pdf form with signature fields which gets signed off at various stages of a project. This has worked fine for a couple of years until last week....

Now, when the first signature is applied it works fine, however when they try to apply a subsequent signature they have to browse the network to find their signature - once they have done this and signed the document they have to repeat this process every time they try to sign.

Recently whenever we try to sign using the digital ID we get prompted to install an ID.  In Preferences > Signatures > Identities & Trusted Certificates we are able to add the ID and use it, however when we exit Adobe and restart it the digital ID is gone again.  How can I get the digital ID to persist between sessions again?

Hello Everyone,

I installed the adobe Acrobat(Acrobat Professional 11.0 WIN ESD D) to the PC of my colleague so that he is able to use the electronic signature.

When we created the PDF File with the signature and try to use it in an online page we got the following error:

(A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider. Client certificate doesn’t contain
Qualified statements extension and therefore doesn’t apply for advanced electronic signature).

Would you please be so kind and let me know how to get a qualified certificate ?

Thank you very much in advance for your help and best regards,

Hideki

Signers signature is not in the right place when the document is returned to me.

Hi there,

I'm having an issue when sending my document for electronic signature to another part to sign.

I go to "send for signatures" , and then "prepare the form" , I drag the appropriate boxes to the fields that I need them to fill in , then i send it to the email address of the person I need to sign it.  - no problems here.

However, the signature of the other person always comes back and it is not in the signature box where I need it, sometimes the signature is 12 pages away from where I placed the signature box.

I'm using Adobe Acrobat DC

Can someone please tell me what I seem to be doing wrong ?

Every time I try to sign a document the time/date stamp inserted is invalid.

I have already tried to change the server but it keeps crashing on the same problem, it says my signature isn't valid because of the time/date inserted in the document.

Can I use a third party PKI certificate as part of an Adobe signature?

Greetings everyone,

I'm helping someone get set up with secure communications.  He has a third-party PKI certificate that gets used for other secure communications.  He asked about signing PDFs with his certificate.

I found info on how to encrypt a document using a PKI certificate issued by a third party that is already installed on the user's windows computer.  But I wanted to ask about document signing.

We have Adobe digital signatures created for most individuals with an appearance that is their physical signature (a PDF file of a scan).   We remove most of the other parameters like name etc.  from those signatures as people find it messy and it doesn't work for what we usually use these for (signing timesheets etc.)

Is there some way to set up a new digital ID file that references the user's publicly issued PKI certificate  (e.g. can we somehow import it into the signature), or do we need to set up a new digital ID/signature entirely within Adobe for these PDF "signings"  that has more complete parameters, eg. full name, email, date for identification purposes?

Thanks!

Could not send. An Error has occurred. Please try again.

I'm trying to send a document created in Adobe Acrobat Pro for signature.  Keep getting this error message.

I did recently change the email address associated with this account.  But not sure how to resolve this problem.  PLEASE HELP.  Any ideas how to fix??
