How to start integration with CSC (Cloud Signature Consortium)?
We have signed ADOBE CLOUD SIGNATURE PARTNER PROGRAM AGREEMENT and would like to start integration works to be able to sign digitally PDF -s in Adobe Reader in the end. But do not understand where to start, we have downloaded Protocols and API specifications - Cloud Signature Consortium API -s and it seems we are missing integration environment from Adobe.

Why is my signature suddenly gone?
I had a saved signature in Adobe that whenever I needed to sign a doc, I clicked "place signature" and an image of my signature was available to drag onto the doc. Now, when I try, it's saying "To begin signing, choose the 'Drag New Signature Rectangle' button, and then drag out the area where you would like your signature to appear." I don't understand where my signature went. I have been using it for years. I can still place my initials. What is going on?

We work with Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 and save legal documents from word to Adobe PDF and then to PDF/A before efiling as required by many court efiling systems. I'm having trouble removing metadata, while simultaneously preserving bookmarks and hyperlinks, and saving the file as PDF/A. Sanitizing the document removes the links and bookmarks which we need to preserve for document navigation; removing hidden information allows the bookmarks and links to be preserved but then the file doesn't save successfully in PDF/A format. Optimize seems to work. Is using Optimize a legitimate way to remove metadata while preserving links and bookmarks and saving as a PDF/A file? Thank you.

Multiple Digital Signatures
Hi Community,
I am new to Adobe. I am trying to create a document that can be certified as ready for review and signing and then circulated for multiple signatures.
The document( a standard operating procedure ) must reviewed and signed by 5 or 6 people and I have to be able to prove it has not been changed other than being signed but I can't figure out how to make signing the form fields as an allowable action.
I am using the adobe acrobat reader dc 2015 version.

Signature Field Appears on Wrong Screen!
Hello All,
My laptop has multiple monitors. One of them being a touch-screen monitor that I want to use for customers to sign documents as they are sitting at a representatives desk. I have everything working well. The PDF file automatically loads on the touch-screen monitor, but when I click on the signature field to launch the signature input screen (below), the input box appears on my primary monitor (laptop display).
When I drag the signature input box to the touch-screen monitor I can sign with my finger easily. The signature actually requires a plugin from a company called Topaz, and I don't know whether that is somehow tying the signature back to the primary screen. I have asked them for input on this, but nothing so far.
So I have everything working except this one small stupid piece...and its crazy if I can't do this over this small of a technical glitch. HELP please....

Automatically named documents
When saving a document with Digital Signature, is it possible to have the new file automatically named, maybe with the time and date it was created?
I have a number of people filling out a document/report and would like to have each new report saved in a similar format, preferably auto filled by the software, rather than depending on a large group of people to all save their files in the same way. is this a possibility? Thank you in advance for any help you can lend me!

Possible to recreate digital ID from cert exported from a form?
I was working with a user recently who requested I clean up some of their digital IDs, as they had multiple IDs for the same person and none of them were expired.
After the cleanup I find out that one of the IDs that was deleted was saved on a 'blank' form they use daily, and now it flags that 'signature invalid' because the form was altered.
I'm able to export the certificate on the signature to an .fdf/.p7c/.cer but have not found a way to create a digital ID using such, as it requests a .p12/.pfx file to import IDs.
Is there a way to fix this or will they need to recreate the form from scratch?

I have the same issue on a new macbook running Mojave 10.14.3 . I have just updated Adobe DC Pro and i am still getting a black translucent screen when I try to hi the sign app, and try to add a signature . I have to then hit Command Shift Escape to get back to Adobe Ver 2019.012.20034

How do I switch to another signature?
I need to sign forms for more than one person - The first time I used this facility it was for a colleague, but he isn't the principal person I work for and now I can only use his signature! Signing PDF in IE11 with Topaz.
Acrobat Reader DC won't accept digital signature when opened in internet explorer 11. The capture signature window appears but Nothing is written Inside when signing on Topaz signature pad. Need help.
