Rotate signature in Acroba DC
In Acrobat 11 I was able to rotate the Typed signature around its axis to give it an angle, Acrobat DC pro does not have this ability, would you please add this feature back.
It makes no sense to remove this feature.
people normally do not sign straight, it usually has an angle and it was very useful to be able to rotate the signature.
PLEASE bring it back!

Digital signature disappears after saving to network share
Hello,
Recently a user has been experiencing an issue that occurs when following these steps:
1. Save a document to a network location.
2. Open it and sign it.
3. When prompted, save the file to the same location with a different filename.
4. The signature disappears. If he closes the document and reopens it, the signature is still not there.
Everything works as expected if the file is initially saved to a local location. He can then save the file again to the network location, and the signature "sticks". There are no other issues with saving any sort of document (PDF or otherwise) to the network location. This issue happens with all network locations.
I saw a similar issue that was resolved by disabling protected mode in Adobe Reader, but to my knowledge Acrobat does not have a protected mode to disable. The issue seems to have started occurring over the last two weeks so the latest patch may have something to do with it.Has anyone seen this problem before?

How to get files in Portfolios to save in alphabetical order
I have been playing with Portfolios, seeing if there is any way to get the files within a portfolio to stay in alpha order rather than entered order. I have two portfolios, in which one works and the other doesn't. They look different, and I don't know what I did differently.

locking responses in fillable forms
How do I lock a document so that when a client sends me her responses in the fillable form, I am not able to edit her responses? Can I lock/save it permanently?

Document has an e-Signature, but after save-as the signature is invalid.
The PDF comes up in Acrobat XI showing OK, but when checking the signature the signature suddenly becomes "invalid" even though I've done nothing to modify it. This only happens if I do a Save As to the document first.
Sample code:

Error when applying security policy that was created
Hello. For quite some time, I receive an error message in Acrobat Pro when I attempt to apply one of my security policies that I created. The error message reads, "Data or file contents are corrupt or not properly formatted." As a result, I have to re-create my security policies each time I log on to my computer. Has anyone experienced this same issue and were you able to resolve it? It would be helpful to get rid of this issue, as it becomes inconvenient to have to recreate all of my security policies each time I log in to my computer. Many thanks for your insight/assistance!

How to get a client to digitally sign a PDF on my iPad or iPhone
Hi,
In my business (Financial) I need to see clients in person, fill out a factfind (A long document containing info about the client) and then get the client and I to sign the last page.
I have signed up for Adobe DC Pro, I have added the document to Document Cloud and can fill it out on Adobe DC on my iPad. However I cant seem to work out how I can pass my iPad to the client for digital signature, then sign it myself and save so that the office can pick it up.
Does anyone have any ideas how to do this?

Desde hace algún tiempo nos ha venido apareciendo un error cuando intentamos firmar un documento pdf usando Adobe Acrobat Pro. El mensaje de error es el siguiente (puede verse también en la imagen adjunta):
"No se ha podido crear esta firma
Error durante la firma.
El proveedor de servicios de cifrado de Windows ha informado de un error:
Datos no válidos.
Código de error:13"
Durante mucho tiempo hemos podido realizar la firma de documentos sin ningún problema, pero desde hace algunos días nos aparece este mensaje sin que se haya hecho ningún cambio significativo en el sistema.
¿A qué se debe este error? Y sobre todo, ¿Cómo podríamos solucionarlo?

Automatic permissions restriction after signing?
Just upgraded(?) from Acrobat Pro XI to Pro DC. Problem: Had to uninstall XI first. The DC installation lost my signatures, etc and whilst my XI (and previous) versions locked documents after signing to prevent editing operations (still allowing printing etc), the DC version does not! This is a problem. I used to simply sign a document and all the relevant permission restrictions were automatically applied to it. I cannot find a simple answer to this in "help". Does anyone have a recipe for signining to automatically apply restrictions to permissions?

Extract 'Remove Hidden Information' results to file for Multiple PDFs
Hello everyone,
I've been searching a few things / phrases -
Extracting hidden data
Extracting overlapping objects
I know there are tools out there that will pick up items that are included in the adobe file (like bookmarks and metadata) but was wondering if there was a way to export the results of 'Remove Hidden Information' feature in a spreadsheet-like format for multiple documents.
Use case - There were several documents (1000+) that I've been asked to check basically (Yes or No on all the Hidden content [i.e. Metadata, bookmarks, overlapping objects, etc.]) to see if someone else did what they were supposed to do prior to submitting them. Rather than open each one and type in the results after running the Remove Hidden Information tool, I was hoping for a way to run it over several files and export out the results to identify which ones need resolution.

Chain Builder / Path Discovery Question
Hello,
I came across this post which indicates that, by default, Adobe does not follow AIA when building a path to a trusted root/anchor when signing or verifying a PDF.
How, then, does Acrobat build a path? In looking at the Trusted Certificate Settings, I don't see the cross-certificates that appear when I view the details on a digitally signed document. Are paths pre-built and send down as part of Acrobat updates?
I ask because I am the operator for a new bridge CA which is replacing an existing bridge CA. Both CAs are up and cross-certified by FBCA and the issuer CAs today. Before setting bFollowURIsFromAIA to 1, Acrobat was not showing a path through the new bridge.
The operators of the current bridge CA plan to revoke all cross-certificates to issuing CAs this week and I want to ensure that the many thousands of users with certificates issued by those issuing CAs will continue to be able to use Acrobat to sign and verify documents. Neither this registry setting nor manually importing the cross-certificate scales to thousands of users. How can we get the path to build through the new bridge?

signature navigation
I am trying to move my staff to use a digital signature pad to obtain signatures - so we do not have to print documents off to sign
I want to make it as easy as possible for the to know if they have missed a signature
I have some signature fields show or hide based on if there is a name as the documents can have up to 3 people sign
I only want the visible signature fields to show in the list of required signatures in the navigation pane but all show
They do show (invisible next to the ones that are hidden) - worse case I can live with that but the signature navigation pane does not show the signatures in order - by page
Is there a way to at least have the signatures go in order they appear on the document - page order. I checked tabs - the tab order does not seem to mean anything
Best case - is there a way to not even show the invisible signature as it is not required
