After inserting an image signature, how I save the file to automatically add "signed" to the end of the file name???
Users reporting this error;
"This document enabled extended features in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. The document has been changed since it was created and use of extended features is no longer available. Please contact the author of the original version of this document."
...when trying to sign a document... Note that it is not happening to everyone.
The "original" document is stored in Laserfiche depository and cannot be modified. So the users are saving a copy to their computer to fill & sign, before sending to supervisor for next signature. Would this error happen if the user has a local copy pre-filled out and saved to their computer that they are using as a personal template?
I created a password protected document with Acrobat Pro version 9. I need to change the document but Acrobat Pro 9 won't allow me to do that. How do I modify the document?
When I do, the digital signatures disappear from the extracted document. I do this several times a day and haven't had this problem before. The signatures were created using a non-Adobe digital signature product, but that has never been a problem before either. What can I do about this?
My employer ordered my Adobe Acrobat Pro DC subscription so I am not 100% positive what was ordered. One of the reasons I asked them to purchase this option was for the Send and Track and E-Signature capabilities. When I open up my Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application the Send and Track option and the Send for Signature option is not listed under Tools anywhere. I do seem to have the Adobe Send & Track extension on my Microsoft Outlook. Any help or insight greatly appreciated.

I am trying to implement a digital signature culture to my company. But how can I start to use digital signatures but make sure no one can make a fake signature using my own personal details
It seems really easy to add n my own details and all this information is company knowledge and would be easy for someone to make a fake signature that looks excatly like my own.
So I look forward to any comments and ideas

I am using acrobat pro 9 and would like to put a security restriction on a document whereby it restricts printing but the user can enter a password to enable printing. Is there a way of doing this? i.e. The end user receives the pdf, clicks to print and a dialog box pops up asking for the password to enable printing. Thanks for any help.
I have created digital signature fields, saved as Reader extended pdf. When opening in Reader X 10.1.0 the field is showing, hovering over it says unsigned Signature fieldm(Click to sign) but the Signature box will not pop up. I called a company that helps with application issues, they said to update to 2015.017.
I download a new Acrobat DC from the Adobe website hoping this would give me the latest version but it does not. There are 12 updates that need to be applied from your site. Is there a way around downloading and installing each one of these individually.

Hello there Adboe community, We have a issue with adobe signature not populating for normal users.
Our environment is server 2012 r2, adobe acrobat xi.
A simple form with signature filed is made.
Admin users on that server can see the signature filed pop up when clicked. But this will not work if a normal user account opens the form and try's to sign it.
UAC is completely disabled.

I have a new digital certificate. Adobe forms I am trying to sign wont recognize my password for the digital certificate. I get a message saying "incorrect password". My digital certificate password works fine in MS Word. Help!
I would like to use both certificate and password security on Acrobat XI pdf documents.
Certificate security so the pdf can't be emailed or used outside of our network.
Password security so users inside our network can not edit the pdf
I was able to create an action where i applied password security, save and then apply certificate security and save, but it only keeps the last security applied - certificate security.

I just purchase DC Pro and have a few documents to add the digital signature certificate to...I forgot how to find the pen icon and the rest of the process to save it when complete.
