I'm working in Acrobat Pro DC. Opening files from a corporate Dropbox. Signing the files and saving them over the original file. It works intermittently. Tried saving with a different file name and continue to have the problem.

I never recalled setting permissions password. Need to redact AMEX statements but I am asked for permissions password I do not have. How can I fix?
TD Bank's statements are downloaded as Secure PDFs. In order to edit (I like to highlight them as I reconcile my balance each month) I need to enter a Permissions Password. I called the bank and they said it's something I need to do within my software. I'm using Acrobat Pro DC

Trying to fill & sign a document in Adobe Acrobat DC, but every time I click the 'Sign' button in the middle of the Fill & Sign bar, all I get is a tiny window opening with the classic loading animation of a spinning blue circle. It never loads.
I was able to add text with the Comments tool and fill in the fillable fields in the document, but I can't sign it. This is somewhat urgent since the form is for a medical thing and I don't have a printer/scanner to sign it physically. Please help?

How to create multiple password protected pdf to open automatically without entering password again in my computer?
When travelling is quite inconvenient to open password protected pdf's, especially when you have complex/long passwords. I usually use a password manager to automatically login to certain websites, this is something I can control from any of my devices, i.e. a tablet, laptop or even smartphone but seems this is not possible as the password filling cannot be done by the password manager.
I would appreciate any feedback/alternative solution, thanks a lot !
I tried to prepare a form to enter text into fields for a client and have them sign, but it seems when I send it out to sign they can only sign and not fill in the data fields. Is there a way to do both or have I made a mistake?

I just sent two documents for signature with no issue. I went to send the third document and have been receiving the same error message over and over again. "an error occurred while connecting to the service". I have opened and closed the program.

I have searched far and wide, still can't figure out nor find any solution to disabling FIPS mode. Any documents that are configured to use digital signatures for us error out when signing with the following error:
"The document could not be saved. Use of non FIPS cryptography is not permitted while in FIPS mode." Then states document couldn't be signed obviously.
Anyone find a solution to this? I tried the bFIPSMode=0 manual HKCU entry that doesn't do anything. I also disabled protected mode. This instance of Adobe DC is on Windows 10.

I want to clear a signature on a DC document form that I created. I used to be able to do so by right-clicking the signature field and choose "Clear Signature" but that option is not available.
Hi, I have a form that requires two different digital signatures. However, on the first digital signature they set it so fill in and digital signatures are allowed. However, when the second person tries to digitally sign, no options are available. We are using version Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015.
I forgot the password on a PDF file i created. Is there anyway to retrieve that or remove the security password ?
